Duvet Naan

Raj Dishes

Very large, sometimes as big as 1 yard long, flat-bread of the Northern Indian / Pakistani type, a speciality of Birmingham curry houses.

Known at least since an article in 'The Guardian' of 07 May 2005; "The naan, in particular, was a revelation ... eating it was like tucking into a finger-licking duvet."
