Seakale Soup

Shredded seakale leaves in a cream base.

Sea kale
Butter
Milk
Cream
salt and pepper

Wash the sea kale, cut into small pieces, sweat in butter for about 5 minutes. Add the water, bring to a boil then add the milk. Simmer until tender, about 1 hour, add cream, reheat and serve.
