Quorn Bacon Roll

Suet paste roll filled with chopped bacon, ham, onion, butter, sage and brown sugar, steamed (Hutchins 1967, etc).

Named after the village of Quorn in Leicestershire, not the mycoprotein meat substitute 'Quorn'.
