Filling of mutton pieces with currants, raisins, sultanas, sugar, mixed peel, lemon, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper, salt and rum under puff paste. This receipt is presented by Hutchins 1967 as being a good example of a late medieval grand pie, and being from Glasse 1747.
