Lamb cooked with Worcestershire Sauce. Known from local reports and British Food Trust, etc.

"Longpuddle" is the name Thomas Hardy used for his fictionalised version of the area around Puddletown in Dorset in several of his novels including 'Under the Greenwood Tree' and 'Far from the Madding Crowd'.
