Semi-hard boiled sugar slab toffee made with condensed milk.

Small tin: unsweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp: Golden Syrup
120g: butter,
240g: sugar

Slowly melt the butter, sugar and syrup together. Add the condensed milk, stirring continuously until the mixture darkens and thickens. Pour into buttered moulds to set.
