Drinking Chocolate

Unlike the dark, heavy cocoa-rich drinks known elsewhere, such as Italy's cioccolata densa, English Drinking Chocolate is a hot drink made by adding milk to a powder preparation containing relatively low-fat cocoa with sugar and, often, milk powder.
