Doughnuts - Filled form

Pies and Pastries

Very soft soda-raised white wheatflour buns with egg, formed into c3ins diameter flatted spheres and fried, sometimes flavoured with cinnamon. Filled with jam or cream, usually by injecting after cooking. Sprinkled with sugar.
