Brown Bread Cream

Puddings and Sweet Deserts

Custard of egg yolks, sugar and cream lightened with whisked egg white, brown breadcrumbs folded in and set with gelatine. Chilled, turned out and served with fruit puree, eg. damson. Said in J.Salmon to be a specialty of Yorkshire.
